SMS
#Overview
Super Admin → SMS (/super/sms) is where you run the platform's SMS account. Firms without their own provider
keys send client texts through it and pay in SMS credits. See Client Texts (SMS) for what firms
see.

Saving the account creates a secret webhook address. Copy both addresses (incoming messages and delivery receipts)
into the provider's settings. Generate a new webhook address replaces them; the old ones stop working at once.
Twilio requests are also checked against Twilio's signature.
#Plans
Under Plans & Pricing, tick Client SMS reminders for plans that include texts and set:
- SMS credits per billing period: added to each firm at the start of every billing period (unused credits carry over).
- SMS per day (cap): the most texts one firm can send in a day (default 200).
#Usage and top-ups
The usage table covers the last 30 days: texts sent, failure rate and credits used, per firm, with each firm's
balance. To add credits, choose the firm and enter a number; a negative number removes credits. Each change is
logged in the firm's credit history.
#Credits per country
Each SMS part costs 1 credit unless its destination country is listed here with its own rate. Use it for countries
where your provider charges more.
#Replies that reached no firm
A reply to the platform number goes to the firm that last texted that phone in the past 30 days. Anything else is
listed here, and the sender gets one automatic reply per week ("This number sends reminders only...").
#Best Practices
- Set up the webhook addresses before firms start texting, or STOP requests will not be recorded.
- Price credits so the country rates cover your provider's most expensive destinations.
- Check the failure rate after adding a new country or sender ID.
